Spain Confirms Overnight Parking in a Motorhome is not Camping.
A decision by the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT) in Spain effective 11/7/23 states that a motorcaravan should be treated exactly the same as cars and other vehicles and provide they are parked within marked bays then sleeping in the vehicle is not camping Details here
