This report from the Navarra region in Spain shows the huge financial benefits of encouraging the rapidly growing sector of touring motorcaravans. Brexit has presented the UK with a great opportunity to capitalise on this year round revenue stream, due to travel restrictions limiting the time spent by the UK’s 400,000 plus motorcaravans touring in Europe.
Brexit regulations mean that UK motorcaravans have to spend a minimum of 6 months in the UK. So why aren’t our UK towns taking action to provide simple overnight parking like the rest of Europe? Please share this report with your local councils and help the UK through these difficult times by encouraging the year round recreational use of motorcaravans, 82% use their motorcaravans throughout the year not just in the summer.
