Newton Stewart, I think, is probably a non-starter for CCP type aire. There is a large riverside car park but it gets very busy in Summer and is prone to flooding. Stranraer has large car parks, one of which is adjacent to a boat park, with water and EHU. There is also acres of car parks and disused...

Brilliant! Just one slight comment: Moffat isn’t in the SBC area, it’s Dumfries and Galloway as is Langholm. Might be worth sending it to D&G Council as well.
