At present I'm not available due to health,
There is a car park in Hollingwood near to Barrow Hill Engine He'd ( open weekend only) and near to Hollingwood Hub for the Chesterfield Canal
It's near the clock tower centre

Unfortunately Crich don't wish to allow overnighting their reason was that they must lock the gates each night to prevent camping as Derbyshire County Council (the land owners) demand it

Yes they do have their own Facebook and You Tube
There is also a Derbyshire traffic and travel group that I have just found

I will be following it and testing the water on the group in the next few weeks

Hi Steve Got that I am a member of the Trust as a Narrow Boat Skipper /boatman. At present I am talking to just one of the Trustees so there's a chain of up and down for questions and information I have directed them to the information on the website at present it looks like it MAY be a while before...

There IS already a map no need for another one if you go on Search for Sites and key in CAMPRA in Partners then you get a map showing them all

Post script to Crich Tramway They are adamant that they cannot allow camping due to a clause from Derbyshire county council and they feel that having the gate locked at night is dangerous we are not permitted to have overnight camping/caravans as part of our operating license from the local authorit...
