I have objected to the parking byelaw 5 (iii) which states: Between the hours of 9pm and 9am no person shall occupy or sleep in any mechanically propelled vehicle, caravan or trailer parked on Access Land. I had some dialogue with the BCP Council earlier this year about motorhome parking without any positive response. My main gripe was the lack of large enough dedicated parking spots with an appropiate tariff in the car parks where motorhome parking is allowed. i have added my comments to their Seafro...

I believe the UK Government is currently in a consultation process of making trespass a criminal offence.
