Thats great thank you, if they are interested in a MF exemption can you take photos of the site and the entrance and egress please?
We can then highlight the area on google earth.
This will save us doing another site inspection a if they send in an application

Sounds a good idea, if you know the area would you contact them? We have templates in the library or documents you can extract information from.
