West Lancashire (Ormskirk/Burscough/Skelmersdale etc)

Just returned from a tour of SW Scotland including staying at Girvan harbour and a couple of Forestry and Land stay the night sites which inspired me to email my local council's parking team and copy in my councillors. Will update if/when I hear back but if there's anyone else local to West Lancashire let me know and I'll provide more details.
