Seaton Tramway

We had a great day out at a recent visit and were pleased to be able to park our 6m motorcaravan at Clayton by the gravel near the fence.
This made us think of an opportunity for you to raise additional funds at no cost by allowing 2 motorcaravans to park in that area overnight for 1 night.
These are known throughout Europe as an “Aire” and it is a new but rapidly expanding concept in the UK.
Self contained Motorcaravans only require a safe place to park and sleep (no camping activities) they will pay a typical £5 to £10 per night.
With 2 spaces that is £20 per night and they would of course use the tram and likely the cafe. Unlike holiday visitors motorcaravans tour all year round.
If you have hard standing are at you workshops you could also allow overnight parking.
You can get an exemption certificate for up to 5 motorcaravans by a free online application .

Please feel free to contact me to discuss, testimonials show a reduced level of anti social behaviour and increased security with motorcaravans on site.

The online application is available from our website “links”
