Thanks Paul, I assume the request for a septic tank is because there is no mains sewer?
This does seem a reasonable request but involvement of consultants can add significantly to the cost.
A septic tank supplier may offer advice foc.
We could do with getting one onboard?

I must say, I was surprised at the Environmental Departments request for a septic tank. The submitted plans do not show any 'Facilities' apart from the Play area in the centre. So I was presuming this was going to be a 'Safe and Secure site for Motorhomes to park overnight, without facilities' location. I know of a similar one at 30 Cashel Road, Coleraine, Co Antrim - 07775 896985 ( closed now to new season Feb/March - hopefully)
facebook.com/Cashel-Motorhome-Stopover-102093488261090/about/?ref=page_internal.
Prices £12 w/o electric, £15 with.
Only two and a half miles outside Coleraine town off the main Coleraine- Limavady Road.

Looks like planning have made them open a campsite, they still do not understand the needs of a self contained motorcaravan
