British Parking Association

Post by Steve »

Many of you will be aware that CAMpRA leadership were recently invited to a present details of our campaign to members of British Parking Association.
The first positive result is the letter below where the advice that we gave as enabled an Over Parking location in NI to deal with complaints, install a waste point and operate as an Aire.
But even more important is that this council have adopted our 3m spacing recommended by our motorcaravan spacing fires safety report.
This is a big step in our campaign for 3m spacing for Aires.

BPA have circulated information on CAMpRA, our business hub and other documents not available in our library to all members in the UK, they are speaking to the relevant government departments on the changes that are required urgently.
We have done an interview with the editor of their monthly magazine that will feature our campaign.
They our in conversations with universities about using their car parks out of term time.

Lots going on which will be released as soon as possible.
