I think this would be popular if he got overnight parking allowed again but it may backfire as it will attract more motorcaravans and if they are limiting parking spaces it will get abused.
Its a long drive up the hill just for a waste point.

I don't think a waste point actually at the car park would be practicable but could easily be added to the public toilets 1/4 mile away. I think they need to do this otherwise they will continue to get blockages caused by people emptying cassettes there, I believe it is being considered.
