Hello Liz (Archant Newspapers)
Would you like to bring yourself and a photographer along to the Never Turn Back, at Caister on Tuesday late afternoon?
As you know, I’m a motorhomer, campaigning for a better infrastructure for parking, and service points, and to be able to stopover at the places they go to see when touring. For our first outing we are going to support the Never Turn Back pub on their first day of opening.
This will be happening across the country, as non-essential shops reopen, too. Four of us will be at the NTB to be served our meals and drink in our own ‘dining rooms’ at our own tables! It’s all possible in a motorhome!
I’m a CAMpRA member, in the group’s Leader team, representing East Anglia, where we have created a The East Anglia Coastal Tour Route, and places like this pub, and other businesses in the hospitality and tourism businesses will be listed and will get our support as motorhomers travel along it.
When they can park close to a village or town centre (no car like caravanners), within walking distance of a shop, a place to eat or be entertained, they will spend good money on having a good time out. And that’s great for the local economy.
