Blackburn with Darwen

Hi,
after an initial enquiry to the Blackburn Visitors Centre I received the following reply:
Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, we don't have any facilities for motorhome/caravan parking in the borough.
They then sent details of a caravan site, which only allows permeant caravans!

So i have followed up using one of the CAMPRA templates today.
if anyone else wants to enquire about facilities in Blackburn (so they don't think its just one person who is interested!) then the email is visit@blackburn.gov.uk

I also contacted the Ribble Valley tourism people last year, who just pointed me to campsites, as expected. I followed up with the usual reply, and explained about Craven council providing carparking in 3 towns which are in the next county, but no response.

I will update if any progress.
