I have just had a look at your template for a visit report to National Trust properties. I can see little point in continually repeating what are seen as financial advantages to the Trust but do consider it important to highlight the possibility to make such visits in motorhomes/campervans especially for larger vehicles.
With the above in mind, I report on three visits made this year to Gunby Hall, Berrington Hall and Croft Castle, all be it using my tow car while visiting the areas.
Gunby Hall near Skegness – date of visit May 2021. Easy access off the roundabout on the A158 and the car park is immediately on the left on passing through the gates. This is not a large carpark but attendants were present on our visit directing vehicles to appropriate areas. It should be possible to create dedicated parking spots for motorhomes for day and night time parking at this venue
Croft Castle – date of visit July 2021. Easy access off the B4362 and while the estate roads are narrow there is a one- way system into and out of the vehicle parking areas. It was noticed there was coach park available here as well as an overflow car parking area. It should be easy to park a motorhome here and to create both day and night time parking spaces for motorhomes.
Berrington Hall – date of visit August 2021. Set back off the main Leominster-Ludlow A49 road, the entrance and exit roads to and from the car parking area are narrow. There are two entrances, the one direct from the A49 is one way in only but that from the narrow “B” road from Ashton on the A49 is both way, it also being the exit route from the carpark for those entering direct from the A49. I did not consider this property suitable to visit and park a motorhome.

Thank you Peter, the initial reports where in our website library hence the standard layout but now we have relocated them to the forum posts like yours are very helpful.
And good to see that ew are not asking for overnight parking in every location only ones that are suitable.
