RUDSTON VILLAGE PUB STOPOVER

Post by Jmick »

Saturday 19 June 2021: Spoke to the landlady at The Bosville Arms in the village of Rudston (just outside Bridlington). She said they welcome campervans/motorhomes - if you eat at the pub it is free, if not they ask for a donation of 'a tenner in the box'. This is fair as this pub has only recently reopened after being funded and taken over by the local residents 👍.

Thanks, thats great.
Do you know if they have a site license?
A suggest for overnight charges is to charge but provide a voucher to use in the pub, this will encourage people to use the pub.
Most pubs are not aware that they can apply for an exemption certificate for a 5 van site via our online link to MF or via MCC “Nightstop” application.

It may also be worth mentioning a simple water tap and waste point will attract passing trade.

Have you listed these on Searchforsites?
