RUDSTON VILLAGE PUB STOPOVER
Saturday 19 June 2021: Spoke to the landlady at The Bosville Arms in the village of Rudston (just outside Bridlington). She said they welcome campervans/motorhomes - if you eat at the pub it is free, if not they ask for a donation of 'a tenner in the box'. This is fair as this pub has only recently reopened after being funded and taken over by the local residents

Do you know if they have a site license?
A suggest for overnight charges is to charge but provide a voucher to use in the pub, this will encourage people to use the pub.
Most pubs are not aware that they can apply for an exemption certificate for a 5 van site via our online link to MF or via MCC “Nightstop” application.
It may also be worth mentioning a simple water tap and waste point will attract passing trade.
