Natural England grants a farmer a planning exemption certificate but local council (West Norfolk) puts an injunction on it. So he can’t even cut the grass…

Re: Trouble in West Norfolk with camping injunction
I think there's more to this than at first apparent. The site seems to be a water meadow that is an SSSI, the owner only bought it recently.
Re: Trouble in West Norfolk with camping injunction
Which club issued it? They must have notified the council and given them time to object?
Surely the issuing body should be involved and fighting the case?

As above.
If it's the plot of land I think it is, then it's only just been sold/auctioned again. According to the article the EC shouldn't have been issued as the site is a protected habitat. The relevant KLWNBC Planning meeting should be on YT. The EC was granted to a CIC. The Notice of Incorporation indicates that the relevant community are members that wish to camp, and landowners that wish to provide the site(s).
