New development planned for M90 Juct 4

Planning application has just been applied for a McDonalds resturant and petrol station at a site near Kelty adjacent to the M90 Motorway at Junct 4
It was previously a retail and food outlet forKathellan and then Baxters of Fochabers prior to closing in 2018
It would be an ideal spot for the setup of a Airie as it is the only place on the M90 between the Forth bridges and Perth for an overnight stop for Motorhomes and Campervans and no shortage of space
Perhaps CAMpRA can look in to this and get in at the planning stage
