I have sent an email to the marketing department of the Botanic Gardens this morning , outlining our movement and its benefits.
Let's see if they at least reply.
For those who don't know the venue, as well as its delight as a venue to visit, it is also conveniently positioned and signposted just off the main route fro the M4 to the West Wales coast, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. It has a large car park at the entrance area with ample space, taking coaches as well.
